We recently invited you to take part in our annual Family Survey. This is to ensure that we continue to improve our service delivery and provide services that meet the needs of you and your family.
Improving Our Service Delivery
Approximately 190 families have given us feedback through the survey. Of these, 126 families chose to go in the draw to win one of two $150 gift cards. The lucky winners were Ramon and Soroya - parents in our Chatterbox program. Congratulations!
Our Leadership Team has commenced responding to suggestions. We will communicate with you about our actions in the next issue of the newsletter. We appreciate all families who took the time to express both positive and constructive feedback to us.
